Every price is all-in: it covers the hair, the packaging, payment processing and delivery to your door. There is no shipping charge at checkout. Estimates run from dispatch, which is within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Every bundle ships in Valour packaging with care instructions. Any import duty charged by your country is not included. Eligible items may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, unused and unaltered in their original packaging. 01How many bundles do I need?
For a full look: 2 bundles for 8 to 16", 3 bundles for 18 to 26", and 4 bundles for 28" and above. Most clients choose 3.
02Can I straighten or colour it?
Yes. It is 100% human hair, so you can flat-iron, curl and colour it. Always use a heat protectant, and we recommend a professional for colouring.
03Will the wave come back after washing?
Yes. Wash gently with a sulfate-free shampoo, air-dry, and the natural wave pattern returns.
04How long will it last?
With proper care, 12 months and beyond. It can be reinstalled several times.
05Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as long as the hair is unused and unaltered with all original packaging, labels, bands, ties and lace intact. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back; return shipping is yours unless the error was ours. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, worn, washed, cut, coloured or otherwise used cannot be returned. The full Return and Refund Policy is on the site.
06What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect it promptly and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, what is wrong, and clear photos or video of the product, packaging and labels. Do not install, alter or wash it while we review. Once the issue is verified we put it right.
