The agreement
Terms & Conditions
These are the terms of sale between you and us. They set out what you are buying, what it costs, when it arrives and what happens if something goes wrong. Please read the Return & Refund Policy before you order. Hair is not like other goods.

1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with Valour Hair, trading as part of Zomar Ventures, based in Nigeria. Contact us at hello@valourhair.com or +234 707 646 3327.
2. What we sell
100% human hair extensions, sold by the bundle, in the lengths and shades shown on each product page. Hair is a natural product. Shade, density and wave can vary slightly between bundles and between production batches, and photographs are affected by the light they were taken in. A reasonable variation is not a fault.
We recommend ordering the bundles for one full head together, so they come from the same batch.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are set separately for each market and are shown in the currency of the destination you choose. Nigeria is priced and charged in ₦ NGN; every other destination is priced and charged in $ USD.
Each price is set from what it costs to get that bundle to you: the hair itself, the packaging, payment processing and shipping. It is one all-in figure. Nothing is added to it at checkout.
The price you see is the price you are charged. Changing the delivery destination changes both the displayed price and the currency you transfer in. They cannot differ.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is listed in obvious error we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we will always tell you why.
4. Delivery cost and import duty
Delivery is included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.
Import duty, customs charges and local taxes are a matter between you and your own country’s authorities. They are not included, we cannot predict them, and we cannot pay them on your behalf. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because a charge went unpaid, we are not able to refund it.
5. Ordering and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm payment has cleared. Until then nothing is reserved.
Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on your order page, in naira for Nigeria and in US dollars elsewhere (a naira equivalent is offered for the rest of Africa). Send the exact amount with your order reference as the narration. A transfer that does not match the amount cannot be matched to your order; overpayments and underpayments may not be refundable, and your bank’s own fees are yours. We hold an unpaid order for 48 hours. Until we confirm the money has arrived, the order is not dispatched and nothing is sent to our fulfilment partner.
6. Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. Estimated transit time from dispatch:
- Nigeria: 2 to 4 days
- Rest of Africa: 10 days
- United States: 7 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers, customs inspections and public holidays are outside our control. We will always help you chase a late parcel, and we will tell you honestly where it is.
You are responsible for giving a correct, complete address and a working phone number. Parcels lost because of an address error cannot be refunded.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Read it before you order. Hair is not like other goods.
In short: eligible items may be requested for return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, the hair must be unused and unaltered in its original packaging, and you must contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or video.
8. Care and expected life
Looked after properly our hair lasts well beyond a year of regular wear. That depends on how it is treated: heat, harsh products, colouring and infrequent conditioning all shorten its life. Follow the care guidance that ships with your order. Damage caused by treatment, bleaching or colouring is not a fault and is not covered.
9. Our liability
If we get something wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed event because a courier was late, or the cost of an installation appointment, for example.
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, and nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Using this website
The photographs, text and design on this site are ours and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, its payment flow or other customers’ orders.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes fall to its courts. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. See also our Privacy Policy.
