01How many bundles do I need for boho braids?
2 bundles for a shoulder-length, lightweight look; 3 bundles for a standard full head; 4 for maximum volume or longer lengths.
02What's the difference between bulk and bundles?
Bulk hair has no weft (no sewn track), so it can be braided directly into your hair, which is exactly what boho braids need.
03Can I reuse it after taking my braids out?
Yes. Because it's human hair, you can wash, condition and reinstall it. Most clients get several installs from one set.
04How long do boho braids last?
Typically 6 to 8 weeks per install with proper care and edge maintenance.
05Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as long as the hair is unused and unaltered with all original packaging, labels, bands, ties and lace intact. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back; return shipping is yours unless the error was ours. For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, worn, washed, cut, coloured or otherwise used cannot be returned. The full Return and Refund Policy is on the site.
06What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect it promptly and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, what is wrong, and clear photos or video of the product, packaging and labels. Do not install, alter or wash it while we review. Once the issue is verified we put it right.
