01What makes it bone straight rather than just straight?
Bone straight is steam-pressed under high heat, which permanently flattens the cuticle. It stays poker-straight and glass-smooth without a flat iron. Natural straight hair still has a slight wave and usually needs styling.
02Do I need to straighten it?
No. It arrives sleek and stays that way. Wash it, air-dry it, wear it.
03Can I curl it?
Yes, and it holds a curl beautifully with heat. It relaxes back to straight after washing, so you get both looks from one set.
04What does double drawn mean?
Shorter strands are removed by hand so the bundle stays the same thickness from the weft all the way to the ends, with no thin, wispy tips.
05How many bundles do I need?
For a full look: 2 bundles for 8 to 16", 3 for 18 to 26", and 4 for 28" and above. Most clients choose 3 plus a closure.
06Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as long as the hair is unused and unaltered with all original packaging, labels, bands, ties and lace intact. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back; return shipping is yours unless the error was ours. 07What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect it promptly and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, what is wrong, and clear photos or video of the product, packaging and labels. Do not install, alter or wash it while we review. Once the issue is verified we put it right.
